messageLOG® allows you to create a service description for recurring orders and associate it with a customer and one or more service providers. The service is selected from the list and activated on demand. The service providers get a real-time notification. Service providers activate the status at order start and then confirm completion once the work is done. This efficient way of communicating saves you time, avoids duplications, and ensures that no task goes forgotten.

Because messageLOG® always keeps all your lists of orders ready, they only have to be written out once. Assigning and distributing orders becomes child's play. Notification of new or completed orders can be set up as push notifications on both sides. In-progress orders can also be displayed on a monitor for employees who aren’t directly involved. This makes all activities in the company transparent. All orders are saved after completion, providing a basis for subsequent analysis and insight.

messageLOG® works for teams of all different sizes. User administration allows any number of users to be created and user groups to be formed.

In contrast to order placement via email or with traditional messaging services, with messageLOG®, you don’t lose any time composing the message, as the description of routine orders has already been defined. Additionally, you’ll always see in real-time which service provider accepted the order and if they’ve already completed it.

Yes, individual or recurring trigger times can also be predefined. A certain order can thus be triggered at different times, such as daily, weekly, or on the last Friday of every month. This saves you time and ensures that nothing goes forgotten.
